dbldos@bellsouth.netJust wanted everyone to know that the boys on the Southside are still alive and well.
On Saturday afternoon (February 8, 2003), five of us got together for an impromptu flight. The winds were fast but favorable. All of us managed to fly for about an hour and a half and land in the same field. Rocky Bailey and Laurie flew their new helicopter as "chase". Later pilots and crew ( about 20 of us) managed to get together for Mexican food and "spirits". The flying is still excellent down here for those brave enough to come South of I-20.
